RSS feeds allow you to 'subscribe' to parts of DMEMconnected to make keeping up-to-date easy.
We've produced a number of feeds for different sections of the site, and you can simply use these feeds in a feed reader, or if you want most browsers support RSS, then when parts of the site are updated, you are informed about it.

If you don't have a feed reader, or don't have a browser that supports RSS, then there are external services that allow the feeds to be emailed to you when they change.
One such service is http://www.feedmyinbox.com/ its free for up to 5 feeds. Just sign up to them, or any other such service you prefer and enter the details for the feeds, and they'll be emailed to you once a day should their content change.
